Browse whole-heartedly & select your lovingly piece of jewellery. We honestly believe that product images shouldn’t be edited to a greater extent. Thus, we try to provide accurate product images (which are minimal or not edited). It would be great if you read product description and additional information. The dimensions and other details will help you select the best product for you! Once you select your jewelleries, checkout and stay rest assured! We will process and ship your best choices shortly!

Hope you have selected your gorgeous jewellery. We understand how it feels when the payment procedure is troublesome. Irritating forms, account creation, and those limited payment modes are really frustrating. But don’t worry! To make your shopping experience hassle free, we have got multiple payment options for you. You may checkout through any payment mode as per your convenience. No irritating forms or account creations. You can checkout as guest too.
International customers can pay through Stripe payment gateways.
Order Processing & Packaging!
All prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Every product goes through thorough quality checks to ensure you get perfect jewels safely. After the quality check is done, the product is sent for packaging. We pack our products in a box after applying bubble wrap. We also provide you a zip lock pouch for every product you buy.
Dispatch & Delivery!
After packaging is done, it will be shipped via reputed courier services like Aramex, DHL, DTDC, or SRX Priority to ensure you receive your jewellery on time.
The estimated delivery date (tentative) will be notified to the customer via email. However, there can be some delay due to holidays or other unavoidable circumstances. JewelSthan will not be responsible for any delay in delivery. We use courier services, and they control the delivery process.
Rare Cases: Package booking, or rejection depends completely upon the courier partner’s service. In such cases, refunds will be offered on a case-to-case basis. Any follow up regarding the parcel must be done by the customer. However, the necessary assistance and support will be provided from our side.
Our delivery charges are simple and minimal. Delivery charges vary depending on the country. You can easily check the delivery charges on the checkout page.

You can cancel your order if it’s not dispatched yet!
Drop us a WhatsApp message on “+91 9326282283” with order details. In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded back to your account in 4-5 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible! All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order. So, cancellation window is open for only 1 day from the point of order placement.

We collect only the shipping charges. Any clearance, duty or taxes levied is to be borne by the customer. Any additional charges levied by the courier company because of the interior location are to be borne by the customer.
We check and pack our products! Our packaging is safe and aims to endure the transit process comfortably! So that you receive your favourites safely!

We will refund the cost of damaged products, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
We recommend customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel received. So that, we could resolve any issue at the earliest!
Without unboxing video, no refund/returns will be accepted!
