Cancellation

- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded back to your account in 4-5 working days.
- Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible! All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order. So, cancellation window is open for only 1 day from the point of order placement.
Return & Refund
We check and pack our products! Our packaging is safe and aimed to endure the transit process comfortably! So, that you receive your favourites safely! But even if something occasional happens and you receive a product that got damaged in transit, feel free to write to us! Message us at “+91 9326282283“. Kindly, report the issue within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
We recommend customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel received. So that, we could resolve the issue at the earliest!
Without unboxing video, no returns will be accepted!
We check and pack our products before shipping! So, the chances of product being missing is minimal. However, if such circumstances occur someday. Please inform us within 2 days! We will check our log file for discrepancy regarding quantity sent and marked with us. If we find any mistake, we will either return you full amount of the missing product or ship it separately.

- In such cases, the customer is liable to pay delivery charge of Rs.50. Once the delivery charges are paid, a return pickup will be scheduled. After we receive the parcel, we will check the parcel and package content. Once found proper, we will dispatch the correctly selected product.
- Product received is defective or damaged (and can be seen in the unboxing video).
- Return & Replacement: If the customer opts to return the product (in above case) and is ready to get an equivalent product as replacement, no shipping cost will be added.
- Return & Refund: If the customer opts to return the product (in above case) and is not ready to get an equivalent product as replacement, the billing amount will be refunded within 4-5 working days.
- Simply change their mind or no longer want the goods

- Matches the description but customer feels it looks too small or big.
- Were responsible for causing the fault or defect
